Sr. HR Generalist
High-end AI product manufacturing start-up has immediate need for a Senior HR Generalist to partner with HR Director and growing HR team as they build out the HR function to scale for aggressive hiring and product release in 2020.

We’re looking for:
- Seasoned HR Generalist with hands-on experience leading HR operations in a fast growing, start-up environment
- Expertise in employee benefits (including leaves of absence), compensation, performance management, employee relations, compliance (federal and state) and HR systems - reporting and analytics
- Experience scaling a business in a growing high-technology market-leading company
- Strong business ethics and cultural awareness
- Consultative approach, forward-thinking and customer focus
- Flexibility to work with changing priorities, positive mindset and sense of humor
