We are working on a newly created position as a Recruiting Coordinator/Vendor Administrator for our client in SF. They are seeking a candidate who is a super organized multi-tasker that takes initiative and is savvy in Excel. What you'll do:

* Partner with internal support teams such as Learning and Development, Operations, IT and Human Resources to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
* Develop strong relationships and partner with key employees, hiring managers, business unit leaders and HR
* Understand and communicate terms of company's standard agreement
* Track and coordinate contractual agreement renewals and expiration dates
* Coordinate all vendor management tasks and communication between vendors and internal teams
* Facilitate communication and troubleshooting with relevant parties for all vendor-related problems
* Work with internal teams to research and evaluate new agencies
* Maintain vendor management processes and provide guidance to internal teams
* Maintain updated list of approved agencies
* Assist with the recruitment process: posting open positions, sourcing, scheduling interviews
* Enter agency resumes into company database

What we're looking for:

* 2+ years of relevant work experience
* Bachelor's Degree
* Desire to pursue a career in Recruiting or Human Resources
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills
* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
* Juggle multiple priorities and team members with ever-changing deadlines
* Outstanding skills in effective problem solving
* Highly organized with strong follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task
* Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
* Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
* Workday experience preferred
