Our client is a well-established outsourced HR company looking for 3 HR/Payroll Associates for direct-hire opportunities in SF, South Bay, East Bay or Peninsula to serve a growing list of clients. Work with a team of HR and other service professionals to help clients focus on their business.
What you will do:
* Process payroll for up to 8 clients
* Set up and maintain payroll-related activities time off accruals and balances, garnishments, etc.
* Coordinate and perform benefits administration (enrollment, terminations, COBRA)
* Provide support to HR Consultants
* Periodically attend on-site visit with clients
What we're looking for:
* 3-5 years of solid HR/payroll experience
* Associate's Degree (preferred, but not required)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office
* Experience with ADP a plus
