Aggressively growing SaaS pre-IPO startup has immediate need for an HRIS Manager (individual contributor) to lead Workday operations. Phase 1 implementation complete. Moving to phase 2, benefits and compensation modules. Long term role, focus on Workday full support.

- High-level data integrity for all HR related data and working knowledge of benefits, payroll, compensation and performance management in particular
- Agility and flexibility to work in fast paced, changing start-up environment
- Professional presence and strong communications skills in working with colleagues on all levels including executive
- Strong project management skills
