Our client in Burlingame, CA is searching for a rock star HR Generalist who can hit the ground running and make an impact with recruiting, induction process, performance evaluation, employee benefits, employee satisfaction and more. Here are some areas we need you to own:
- Full-cycle recruiting
- Contribute to the improvement of the induction process
- Improve the existing performance evaluation system that is based both on individual and company needs.
- Identify training and development needs
- Evaluate employee compensation and determine adequacy by region
- Manage US benefits, including health, dental, optical, life, disability, etc.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5-7 years’ experience in similar role
- Problem solving, interviewing, counseling, and negotiation skills
- Effective verbal, written and communication skills
