Are you an HR Generalist near Morgan Hill, CA with strong ADP HRIS and payroll skills and ready to help cover a maternity leave? Leading developer and manufacturer of high performance products for aerospace, communications and automotive industries has immediate need.
What you will do:
- Serve as ADP Workforce Now lead for reporting, modules and payroll
- Partner with HR leader to launch ADP compensation and performance management modules already built; audit and monitor backend, making appropriate changes as needed.
- Partner with HR team for heavy corporate reporting requirements including ad-hoc reports; prepare reports and audit data.
- Partner with Finance to process bi-weekly payroll
- Ensure benefits and 401(k) transfers are accurate
- Responsible for benefits invoice payments, ensuring accuracy
- Engage in employee relations matters as needed
What we’re looking for:
- Solid HR Generalist with strong ADP Workforce Now HRIS experience in reporting, modules and payroll
- Strong analytics, reporting and auditing
- Experience supporting backend ADP WFN compensation and performance management modules and processing bi-weekly payroll
- Knowledge in auditing benefits and 401(k) transfers for accuracy and processing benefits invoice payments
- Solid employee relations skills
- Detail oriented and customer-centric
- Manufacturing experience preferred
