Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our client in San Rafael, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting all phases of the recruitment lifecycle, creating positive experiences for hiring managers, applicants, and onboarding candidates.
What you’ll do:
- Support administrative processes for all phases and types of talent acquisition.
- Provide direct support for hiring managers, applicants and onboarding candidates.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, documentation, and communication to ensure smooth and timely transition to payroll and a seamless candidate experience.
- Recruit for open requisitions under Talent Acquisition supervision.
- Facilitate candidate reception and onsite interview schedules.
- Perform reference checks.
What we’re looking for:
- AA degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years of experience in a recruiting environment or high-volume HR administrative support
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential materials
- Intermediate MS Office skills: Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong customer service skills; outgoing and friendly disposition
- High levels of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with Cornerstone ATS highly desired
