Are you ready to become the first internal recruiter for a startup biotech/medical device company? Our client is looking for someone to help them find the right people for their team. They're growing aggressively this year and you'll be right in the thick of it with the full cycle of recruiting -- from sourcing to screening to guiding candidates through the hiring process.

What's in it for you:

  • Lead the recruiting function and contribute directly to the growth of a new company
  • Create processes and improving existing processes
  • Gain experience in other areas of HR
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to prioritize hiring needs
  • Coach hiring managers on how to drive the hiring process
  • Create and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers
  • Manage and assess new and existing relationships with external recruiters
  • Guide interviewers with training and best practices
  • Compensation is 90k with a 10% bonus

What we're looking for:

  • At least two years in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
  • Driven with a strong sense of ownership -- you must be able to lead projects from start to finish
  • Ability to work effectively in a shifting environment, to switch context and multi-task without losing attention to detail
  • Very strong people and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Metrics-oriented - you understand why knowing your candidates' funnel metrics is important
  • Must be able to work on site - this is not a remote position
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
