Award-winning client in the East Bay is looking for a Contract Recruiter to recruit primarily for the marketing and creative team along with other areas of the organization. As a leading anti-aging skincare company founded by doctors and world-renowned dermatologists, our client crowd-sources the marketing and sales of clinically-proven, transformative products by empowering personal enterprise.

Our ideal candidate is driven, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic and fun workplace. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for assigned departments and will source and recruit top tier talent in new and creative ways.

What's In it for You:

  • Implement and improve the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance as well as on-boarding activities
  • Build qualified candidate pipelines for critical areas in marketing and creative
  • Continuously improve and expedite process for screening, testing and selecting qualified candidates
  • Collaborate with line management and the recruiting team to write compelling job descriptions and prepare for interviewing, screening and selection processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and Human Resources staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • Conventional and technical sourcing and recruiting experience is required
  • Experience recruiting marketing and creative candidates highly desired
  • Combination of in-house and agency experience preferred
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for matching candidates in the right jobs
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-growth products company, CPG experience preferred
  • Experience working with JobVite or other applicant tracking systems required
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the talent market on a local and national basis preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and follow up skills
  • Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • Tech savvy, current on technology trends, platforms and applications
  • International recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience managing immigration processes preferred
  • Experience with Workday HRMS system preferred
