Our San Ramon client is looking for a Contract Recruiter to partner with the Manager of Talent Acquisition and other HR team members to help attract and hire the best talent across their organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing full-cycle recruitment while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate selection, hiring and on-boarding experience.

Our ideal candidate is driven, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic and fun workplace. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process for assigned departments and will source and recruit top tier talent in new and creative ways.

What's In it for You:

  • Partner with hiring managers to source and recruit best-in-class candidates
  • Implement and improve the full-cycle hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance as well as on-boarding activities
  • Build qualified candidate pipelines for critical areas in marketing and creative
  • Continuously improve and expedite process for screening, testing and selecting qualified candidates
  • Assist with the integration of on-line applicant tracking (Jobvite) with the HRIS (Workday) system; manage the day-to-day administration of positions assigned in the ATS system
  • Collaborate with line management and the recruiting team to write compelling job descriptions and prepare for interviewing, screening and selection processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and Human Resources staff

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5+ years recruiting experience in a high-growth environment
  • Conventional and technical sourcing and recruiting experience is required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Extensive sourcing “toolbox”, should have demonstrable experience utilizing resources beyond LinkedIn and job boards
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-growth products company, CPG experience preferred
  • Experience working with JobVite or other applicant tracking systems required
  • Demonstrated success partnering with management throughout the recruiting cycle and executing a metric-driven process
  • Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the talent market on a local and national basis preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and follow up skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for matching candidates in the right jobs
  • Tech savvy, current on technology trends, platforms and applications
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel and social media tools
  • International recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience managing immigration processes preferred
  • Experience with Workday HRMS system preferred
