* Provide support to all operations departments
* Directly manage internal employee relations issues, investigations, union activities and dispute resolutions.
* Provide guidance and direction in grievance resolution.
* Negotiate union contracts
* Work closely with employees and managers
* Develop progressive programs that enhance the employee experience
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years' HR experience in a union setting
* Bachelors Degree in HR, business or related field
* Must be knowledgeable in current laws and regulations relating to state and federal leaves, disabilities, labor/hours and wages
* Bilingual (Spanish-English) a plus, but not required
* Practical experiences in performance management, investigations, workers' compensation and benefit
* Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Strong MS Office skills (proficient in Excel)
