Are you an HR Generalist who loves variety and can roll with the punches? Our south San Jose client seeks a Generalist with excellent people skills to provide HR support for their U.S. And international offices. There is frequent travel to their Alameda location and occasionally to Morgan Hill. This is a possible temp-to-hire position.
What you will do:
* Maintain employee records, files, hard copies, and digital copies
* Maintain I-9s to ensure accurate and timely update for all new hires and terms
* Main point of contact for immigration and workers comp
* Provide support to international locations (scheduling/coordinating meetings, etc.)
* Perform miscellaneous audits (e.G. 5500, 401k, etc)
* Conduct background checks and exit meetings
What we seek:
* 3-5 years of HR experience
* Team player with superb communication & organizational skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
* Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment
* Can process complex transactions smoothly
