Our Concord client in the home service industry is looking for a true HR Generalist with a consultative bent. This company needs help transitioning employees to roles in a new location. What you'll do:

* Assist with policy development, talent acquisition, payroll, and benefits administration
* Conduct employee on-boarding
* Organize employee performance reviews twice yearly
* Help employees with various HR issues from compensation to leaves of absence
* Monitor employee-relations issues - helping with counseling, discipline and grievances
* Create and maintain employee files

What we're looking for:

* Proven experience as a true HR Generalist
* Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local employment laws
* Call center experience preferred
* Someone who can communicate persuasively with all levels in an organization, verbally and in writing
* Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field
* Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
