Opportunity for you to:

* Serve as a subject matter expert for all day-to-day compensation related needs
* Partner with talent acquisition and managers on compensation data and information needed for hiring
* Complete and analyze annual compensation surveys
* Contribute to the build out of compensation programs as the company grows
* Participate in the potential selection and implementation of an HRIS

What We're Looking For:

* Seasoned compensation analyst with experience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment administering and communicating compensation practices compliant with local and regional laws and regulations
* Expertise in analyzing market data, working with Radford technical job descriptions, job codes and leveling systems
* Knowledge in job leveling pertaining to immigration requirements
* Consultative approach and solution-oriented
* Advanced MS Office skills including Excel
* Strong verbal and written communications and customer service skills
* Experience with HRIS implementations a plus
High-end AI product manufacturing start-up has immediate need for a Compensation Analyst to partner with HR team as they build out the HR function to scale for aggressive hiring and product release.
This is a contract-to-hire position.
